Purpose-built for the most brutal predators in the ocean, the Jabbers Dogtooth Special Wired Assist Hooks are engineered to withstand relentless punishment from powerful, razor-toothed gamefish. Every assist is hand-tied using specially selected 5X Strong ACAR-coated hooks, delivering outstanding corrosion resistance and the strength required to handle heavy drag pressures and prolonged battles with trophy fish.

Each hook is rigged with a premium PE assist line loaded with a 7×7 stainless steel wire core, combining the flexibility of braided PE with the bite resistance of wire. This unique construction dramatically reduces bite-offs while maintaining excellent lure action, giving anglers the confidence to target toothy predators without compromising hook presentation.

Finished with UV-coated green tinsel dressing, the assists produce an enticing pulsing and flashing action that enhances the appeal of any metal jig. The UV fibres remain highly visible in deep water and low-light conditions, making them exceptionally effective on aggressive pelagic species.
